We were a medium size medical practice that used Milner for years for our IT needs. Service was always mediocre. When we sold the business, they became impossible to deal with, ripped us off for continued e-mail licenses we did not need, refused to help us with equipment we leased thru them, and basically dropped the ball on everything we needed them for. We paid every bill to them on time for years yet were treated with such disrespect and neglect when we really needed them. When I tried to complain it became impossible to even identify a supervisor and e-mails to that effect were ignored. Because they provide crucial IT services you are held hostage to their horrible customer service with no other alternatives. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING EVER. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS.
