I absolutely recommend Miller Home Technologies for preserving our family's precious memories. They converted my old VHS home movies into digital files, making it easy for my whole family to enjoy them together, even those living far away. The owner is genuinely kind, easy to work with, and really listens to what you want.

The quality of the digitized videos was amazing! They even fixed all the fuzzy spots, removed blue screens, and cut out old commercials and TV shows that were accidentally recorded. The price was fair, and the service was top-notch.

Now I'm sorting through all our family photos so they can digitize those next. If you want your memories preserved with care and quality, this is the place to go!

Miller Home Technologies did a great job making my DVD. They walked me through downloading my video to my Google drive. They were respectful, the price was reasonable the video is really good quality an didn't take long to receive my DVD. I would definitely recommend this service to my friends and family. Rebecca and her team did an amazing job transferring old video cassette tapes (from the mid 2000's) for us.
These tapes were gathering dust but they had tons of important family events and footage of our (now teenage) sons as infants!
It was great seeing all this footage again.
Rebecca was amazing to work with, and very communicative and walked me through the entire process.
The turn around time was quick and the ease of receiving the digitized format of these tapes was fantastic.
I cannot say enough about Miller Home Technologies.

I cannot express how grateful I am for Rebecca and the Miller Home Technologies team. I had originally sent two VHS tapes to another digitizing service that I found online (Legacy Box). Right before sending them in, I realized one of the tapes had a lot of mold damage in the tape, so I had a feeling that they wouldn't be able to digitize it, but I sent it in anyway. When I received the package back, there was a sticker on BOTH tapes stating that they were unable to be converted due to an environmental issue such as heat, water, or mold. I was devastated because these tapes had great sentimental value to my family. Since I didn't visibly notice any mold on the other tape, I decided to look into other companies to see if it was worth trying somewhere else. I emailed the email provided on MHT's website and got a response within a few minutes. They assured me that they have had hundreds of successful transfers for tapes that were unable to be digitized by other companies, and that they can apply a mold treatment to the damaged tape. I mailed in both tapes on Friday and they were completed the following Wednesday. One tape was digitized in its entirety and they were able to capture fragments and enhance the audio/correct color errors on the one with the significant mold. They also were very communicative throughout this quick process and provided updates/were transparent with pricing. I cannot thank Rebecca and the Miller Home Technologies team enough. If you are thinking about getting any media digitized such as old home videos, I highly recommend them without hesitation! Great communication, fast service, reasonably priced, and are able to do what other companies cannot. Will 100% be sending them more VHS tapes to be converted. Trust them with your memories, they won't disappoint.
