Staff is amazing. I got a 5090 for MSRP directly from Nvidia and wanted to make a new build - I don’t really stay current on tech trends and I usually buy whatever is the top of the line. The sales person stopped me from wasting money and basically informed me of what really was the best products for what I wanted to do and what ongoing deals would save me money. I blindly trusted him, and when I got home, every product he recommended had glowing reviews from basically everyone (LTT, GamersNexus, Rtings.com), had the best or second best benchmark numbers, and was cheaper than Newegg and Amazon. I don’t remember the sales guy’s name, but he was the older guy in the GPU/CPU area.

I consider myself extremely lucky to live like 15 minutes away from this location.

I am in town for an event and I dropped by looking to see what they had. Everybody was super great and they had a lot of 50 series GPUs in stock. I walked out with a 5090! So Happy! Thank you!!!!

Great service and excellent prices. What you can normally expect from micro center. Got the 9800x3d at 480$ while it was selling at 800$ on Amazon. It’s a shame there’s not many locations but quality over quantity I guess. If you have any questions, ask the staff, they were great help. Like usual, micro center delivers.

Micro Center is an amazing store for all things tech! The staff is incredibly friendly and provides professional advice, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Prices are reasonable, and the selection is great. You can even find RTX 50 series GPUs here at normal retail prices, which is a huge plus. Highly recommended for any tech enthusiast!

I feel really let down by this computer company. The only reason I keep giving this place a try was the salesman was a really good salesperson. But, I have reach my last nerve with this company after getting premium computer build here. I have had nothing but problems, and let’s just say I have spent a lot of money with this company to make sure it was done right. Day one of turning it on I got the blue screen of death. Five days later the water cooler went out. It takes me 2 1/2 hours to make the trip from my current location one way. I spent the entire weekend trying to get this computer fixed just for it to break five days later. I strongly suggest never getting a custom built computer from this location or Micro Center for that matter. I spent thousands of dollars just to drive back-and-forth from my location to Atlanta. The sales person was great. The rest has been a nightmare. I called Digital Storm instead, thousand dollars less and better equipment. I strongly suggest you go with a different computer company, like Digital Storm, or anyone for that matter. Not happy with this at all.

I'm a long, long time consumer at Microcenter that has spent quite a bit of time and money here. There have been ups and downs. More ups than downs. This review is mostly about today. For the 9070 XT launch, I contacted them and asked them specifically whether there was a line outside the store. They said no, they never heard anything like that. To verify, I asked them to check if they could. Again same thing. I get to the store. Sure enough, over 100 people in line, effectively make it pointless to stay. I wasted an hour getting there and back.

I am quite dissatisfied with the fact that I was simply lied to. That is all. Please, if we ask you to tell us the condition at the store... keep some actual tabs on that, don't just give us something to get us to shut up and go away. That is terrible service, and that should not be what you are known for. I normally love Microcenter, but this experience was not it. You can do better. Maybe make some sort of ballpark estimate online for for people lining up.

I found everything I needed for my PC at this shop. More importantly, the expert advice from the staff was invaluable—far better than dealing with Walmart, where you get little to no help, or Best Buy, where you're limited to major brands at high prices. This place just makes more sense for quality and value!

Micro Center is hands down the best customer service for electronics and computers. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The Duluth, GA location has incredible staff and managers. So pleased with my experience. I will continue to return for future business. Customer service of this level is very rare these days.
