MGNY has been almost life changing for me in getting a great apartment in NYC. The initial due diligence by Victoria and then Vangie was a bit time consuming, but they were with me for each step in the process, They were very reasonable in their requests and made me adhere to deadlines, which were all very fair

After Vangie was deservedly promoted, Hannah Kopecky took over my case and has been ultra responsive and accommodating since Day 1. I am extremely grateful to the whole MGNY team, and in the shark infested world of NYC Real Estate brokers, every employee at MGNY whom I have interacted with has gone above and beyond to earn my trust and admiration

Edit: After already signing my lease, I wanted to go back and take measurements before moving in. They did not have to, but Zar was kind enough to meet me at the property, help me take measurements and give me some great suggestions for the layout. I could not be more happy with each and every person I have interacted with at this company

Friendly and professional staff. Talk to them every once in a while. Have a brief chat. 😎 Very cool and hip. Very responsive. Management resolves issues quickly; usually within an hour. Clean building. Great amenities. Conference rooms and printing is available in the building. Lovely community. Lots of fun events for residents and families like wine tasting, exercise classes, swimming, basketball, virtual golf, arcade, and cooking demonstrations. 5 Pointz still homages the art roots of the 5 Pointz artists throughout the building with murals.
