My experience with Meta has been highly disappointing. Initially, Nick showed interest in assisting with reformulating our beverages and requested samples, which we promptly sent after paying for them. However, after receiving no response to our emails, even after following up, we were informed Nick was on vacation and would get back to us the next week, which never happened. This company exhibited unprofessional behavior by taking our formulas and subsequently ghosting us despite multiple attempts to follow up. This lack of communication and accountability is truly bad business and I do not recommend.

My company has been working with the team at Meta Brand for almost 3 years now and they’ve really raised the bar for what we expect out of manufacturers and just people we work with in general. My beverage company was looking for a place that was willing to run small, hot-field test batches for us since at the time we were a growing business and looking for a manufacturer that wouldn’t mind testing small with us before ordering in large. After months of searching we finally found Meta Brand through a colleague and thus begun a partnership I am so grateful for.

Adding on to that, my drink was not something that was easy to formulate, and we ran through 18 different test trails, an entire summer full of video chats and lengthy emails before we finally found the perfect formula. The team at Metabrand, especially Craig and Nick, were very patient with us and made sure to really take our feedback and put it into each new trail until we had the perfect formula and were ready to manufacture it. We really love working with this team, and highly recommend them to any small business looking to get quality products on store shelves!
