I have done both the traditional and medical weight loss programs and both are very effective. However the medical program has been life changing! It is so liberating having no more cravings and "food noise"! The ladies at Lincoln MRC are so engaging and supportive, and really know how to help you make the most of your program. It's obvious they really care about their clients. I whole heartedly recommend Lincoln MRC to help achieve your weight loss goal.

The team here is wonderful. They've been so helpful to me, keeping me on track, and guiding me with useful adjustments.
I've been doing this for just over 2 years. I have lost 118 lb. And it's been easy. I don't have to exercise. I Pay attention to what I eat, and I drink lots of water. This is the first time I have ever paid attention to portion sizes. But the program makes it simple. Whenever I'm hungry I have another protein drink. I'm really pleased with how things are working out. I started as a size 22-24 (280 lbs) and now I am currently a size 12 (162 lbs). I continue to trend downward towards to my final goal which I know I will achieve.
