What MemberSuite sold to us and what they delivered were quite different. Project managers, Directors/Managers of Customer Success, and even the COO were changed out on us, leading to tremendous disruption, loss of internal knowledge (at MemberSuite) and ultimately, the miss of almost all major implementation milestones and deliverables. We were out our money, our time, and missed many opportunities as a result. Why two stars rather than one? It appears that change has come in at the top level, so maybe there is hope for the company. If it does come around, it came much too late to help us.

This is a very unprofessional company to work for. I have worked for some horribly managed companies, but I can say by far this was the worst. After one week, I quit because I was having anxiety attacks because of the toxicity. Covid has taught me that health is more important than wealth. So, I graciously bowed out.
