I think I have posted maybe three 1-Star review ever on Google and I hate that I'm even doing this now. Our organization has spent thousands annually over the past 3 years on this platform, and the level of customer service we've received has been unacceptable. Communication is slow, support is rigid and inflexible, and getting a simple issue resolved often turns into a drawn-out process with no accountability.

The most frustrating part? When we raised concerns, MemberClicks compared our account to Netflix and Spotify, as if a B2B organization spending thousands a year should expect the same level of support as a $10 streaming service. That alone says everything about how little they understand or value their clients.

There’s no proactive outreach about billing renewals, and their email-only policy makes resolving time-sensitive issues unnecessarily painful. If you're looking for a responsive, customer-focused CRM, provider, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We informed MemberClicks of our intent to cancel our subscription more than a week before the renewal date. The reason for our cancellation is the 25% price increase we’ve experienced over the past two years. Despite this, they claim that their terms and conditions require a 60-day written notice before the renewal date and are imposing an 80% cancellation fee, which amounts to over $3,000. We do not recommend doing business with MemberClicks. Their approach to handling cancellations appears to be a harsh way to extract money from small and non-profit organizations, indicating they may be struggling to retain customers. Please read the other reviews.

Beware before you sign-up for MemberClicks! I am on the board of a Chamber of Commerce who has been using them. They have increased the cost 25% in a 2 year period. We contacted them to let them know we are canceling and they said unless we give notice 60 days prior to our renewal date there is an 80% penalty. Basically, we have to pay for a whole year of service just to get out of the contract. They were unhelpful in resolving this matter even though they violated the terms of their contract with a 20% fee increase in 2023.

July 2024 Update: (Still 1-star) Take a moment to notice that all of their "good" reviews are from many years ago and the most recent ones are all terrible. Avoid this company at all costs.
They kept 80% of our annual fee and only refunded us 20% (Around $1188) Unethical. Unresponsive. Avoid at all costs.
May 2023 Review: (1-star)
Multiple failed attempts to have anyone from billing work with our group. We were charged $6000+ on May 2, 2023, and have tried to speak with a rep for a month and a half. The system may work for some organizations, but it does not for ours. There is no one from billing who will answer the phone or respond to multiple emails. The only way to communicate is through email and they don't even respond and then close the ticket. I would give 0 stars if that as an option.

7+-year loyal customer, just left due to poor service, limited functionality, and horrible client relations; the final straw was being told that "we don't have any phone support" - a stark contrast to the purported mission of parent company Personify that leads with "we talk with you..." The company changed their terms, conditions & pricing in March and July 2023, respectively. Please consider another AMS to avoid the heartache, as it set our small association back significantly.

When we decided to implement MemberClicks we knew it would be a big project, but needed to put in the effort to improve communication with our clubs and to reduce administration time managing our memberships and event registrations. There was a significant learning curve for us but the Implementation Plan was very good, the MemberClicks staff were always very helpful, and the online resources are available 24-7! We never felt that we were on our own during setup and implementation, as help was always a phone call away! We continue to appreciate the support we receive when we have a question or are solving a problem. The MemberClicks staff are always friendly, questions are answered quickly, and there is always a follow up email! We are very satisfied with MemberClicks and would highly recommend them!

As a non-profit (APACC - Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce), we have been using MemberClicks for quite some time. I had little experience managing a website and customer database prior to joining the Chamber; however, MemberClicks has made it very easy to keep our website up-to-date especially for someone with little previous experience.

Whenever, I have had questions or needed assistance, I have always had great customer service and immediate resolution to my issue. They helped us through a migration and a redesign and have been very patient and understanding with members of our team who are less experienced - always taking the time to educate while servicing our needs.

I now feel as though I have a great deal of expertise in regards to website management thanks to the helpful staff and complimentary training programs available through MemberClicks University.

Our organization has been with MemberClicks for the past four years. We use a variety of MemberClicks services such as membership database, website and event registration. We have enjoyed working them and any time we have needed help they are always quick to assist and have a solution. I appreciate they have a wide variety of knowledge resources and tutorials to use. Recently we just switched our website over to MemberClicks and the process to redesign it was awesome. They were so willing to work us to get exactly what we wanted and we have been really satisfied with our new website.
