We were very pleased with all of the services and professional legal advice that we received from MBK Chapman PC especially and specifically who we call an Expert HOA Lawyer that was assigned to us: Sara Etemadi!!!! We consulted with Sara two different times, and both times followed everything she advised us to do.

We ended up waiting to see what the outcome would be after we initiated all of the "demands" that we proposed to our HOA. We have to say, we just couldn't believe it! We were in disbelief that our "demands" were met immediately! We had exhausted all of our patience after "battling" with our HOA for almost two years. Exactly 23 months later, we received our settlement from them just as we had requested.
