I DO NOT RECOMMEND Mashvisor! They increased my annual subscription by more than 30% with no prior notice and refused to cancel my account. I've tried disputing the charges with my credit card company and Mashvisor will not return the money. Not even courtesy enough to pro-rate the account for the 5 days from whe my account was charged and when my cancellation notice was given. Simply TERRIBLE and a complete RIP OFF!

Good platform. After I was done using it, I forgot to cancel my subscription. Their refund process was very easy, which I greatly appreciate.

It looks like a useful tool for the very short time that I used it. As with any similar service such as AirDNA, there can be some misleading data that needs to be taken into consideration, since none of these services are able to take into account things such as the condition of the property and other factors. Unfortunately I had very little experience using it because shortly after subscribing to the (expensive) nationwide option, my health went downhill, ending up debilitated and bedbound with several chronic illnesses and had to put my real estate investment goals aside for the foreseeable future. With so much medical trouble and suffering, the last thing on my mind was what subscriptions may be lurking out there that give no warning when renewal time is coming. Sadly that’s not uncommon these days. After seeing a renewal charge on my credit card, I contacted them to request a refund for the year I wouldn’t be using. They agreed to not renew and charge me for *next* year, but to get a refund for the most recent (unused) annual subscription I would have to write a review, so here it is. Companies that require jumping through hoops in order to cancel a subscription give me an icky feeling. If sometime in the future I am able to return to my goals, I would be more careful with any very expensive annual subscriptions and find a credit card that has disposable account numbers for single use.

Mashvisor offers great data that has helped my small family business succeed in the space. The data has shown to be highly accurate when making decisions about our next rental investment. Highly suggest using this tool to grow your business!

I had a 7 day free trial. I went a few hours over and they charged me over $250. They refused to provide me back the subscription fee. Just as a warning. You will not be able to find a LEGAL ADDRESS for Mashvisor. You should know who you are dealing with when you are buying a service. These folks are untrustworthy! Buyer and Tryer beware.

Truly unbelievable. They appear to make their money on accidental free trial overages, where they charge an obscene amount for a product with poor quality data, questionable calculations, and a confusing interface. Do not endorse this as a business practice. Variety of other tools provide a better experience and with reasonable customer support.

Save yourself no reason to even use the 7 day free trail it is trash compared to data you can get from competitors.
