Best clinic I’ve been at, love the staff there! They really take care of you and make sure each patient is safe. I came in today and noticed a man being very rude to the young girls working there and I am so glad he was escorted out. I feel like they make sure the participants are all feeling secured and safe. I definitely will be returning

I received a better physical exam then any General Practioners office I've been to. The doctor and staff were so very caring and professional. I wish they were my Primary Doctor. Thank you for having this Vitiligo study, I hope and pray it helps.

I was called about starting a new trial Thursday with a FASTING appointment for 9 am Friday morning. When I got there I was told I missed the appointment as it was Thursday @9 which was 3 hours before I even spoke with them about it. While I was filling out the paperwork. One of their employees called me asked me if I wanted to reschedule because I missed the appointment for the previous day. Period This was Friday. I finished up the paperwork walk to my car to get my headset stopped and bought water because my sugar level was low. Went back in, sat down and was on my iPhone. The security then came up and told me that they felt threatened by me and I needed to leave the premises Immediately. He followed me out my tag number. And they blocked my phone number so I can’t even call to get my paperwork. The office is unprofessional. to save the lease. Young female who set the appointment at noon on Thursday was very hard to understand. She was speaking solo and so soft. I had to struggle to hear every word she was saying. And I asked her several times to speak up so I don’t understand her.

What upsets me the most is feeling violated. And lied to! And lied about. Don’t lie about me. These people have my personal information now without my permission and there’s no way for me to retrieve my information. I need some help thank you

My appointment was on August 26th 2024. There they did the intske, I signed a lot of paperwork, they took 5 or 6 corpuscles Odel blood, issued me a payment gift card and stated it will take 5 to 8 days for the money to be uploaded to the card. Today is the 5th of September 2024. It has been 9 business days or 11 days if you count weekends. The money is still not on the card. I called in the 4th was told it should be on there and she would email whoever? To make an urgent request.

Addendum: On Sept 10 2024 I kept my neat appointment it the Marvel Clinical Research and call went great. Customer service was excellent. However I did explain my previous issues with the gift card and how long it took to get the money. Apparently they were having some technical issues and the CS person apologized profusely. I did get the mmoy the neat day after posing the above review. I never had a problem with the staff there accept for the one femalewhom I spoke to re: talking to the manager. So this time i have received the money in the card promptly! I even received a call from Staff confirming that everything was ok. Great staff very professional and caring. Thank you Andrew and Matthew.

Went to their sister location in Northridge, very chill, very professional, and I can imagine this place being exactly the same. Great vibes, would definitely come here.
