I really appreciated the communication and level of service from this tech company. After our laptop was damaged by a spill, Anthony and his team recovered the information and set up a new laptop for us.

While I was getting some things up and running on my own, I locked myself out of the laptop!! Anthony quickly resolved the issue remotely. I really appreciated this!

Though all things related to tech can be pricey, I felt comfortable with Anthony and his team because they communicated effectively and honestly while kindly answering my questions.

I called Anthony first thing in the morning and told him my computer basically crashed and he advise me he will have a tech at my business within 1 hour, which is amazing because he’s a man of his words and the tech showed up quickly. The tech took care of the issue and had me up and running quickly. I must note that the professionalism from the phone call and the tech who responded was second to none. The company knew that without my computer my business was losing money that day which was limited because of the quick repair, which means a lot when you have to rely on your computer to operate your business. I contacted them about installing a larger hard drive in my computer. I had already bought one, so I just dropped it off with my PC tower and the whole thing was done in a day. They far exceeded my expectations! Anothony went out of his way to help our Wellness Center on New Years Day and the following couple of days when our computer crashed on New Years Eve.
