Oct 18th. My daughter is at WSU and her laptop stopped charging. So, on a Friday night, from western Washington, I'm trying to find computer repair in Pullman as she needs her laptop for school, her battery is down to 20%, she has homework due, and we don't know what is wrong with the thing. I find Makers Haven, see that they have good reviews and send a text, on a Friday night at 9:30pm, thinking I'll hear back maybe on Monday. Not even close! Grant immediately replied and got right to helping me troubleshoot! He had some suspicions about the problem, explained the options, and let me know he'd be available Monday morning to look at my daughter's laptop. She brought it in first thing and he had her laptop up and running before 9am. As an "old" guy, I sometimes lament that customer service is not what it used to be. Well, it is alive and well at Makers Haven. Grant's responsiveness, quick repair, and fair price makes me wish I needed a new computer right now so I could buy it from him. And it gives me peace of mind to know anytime my daughter has computer problems, we'll know exactly who to call. Thank you Makers Haven!

This place is amazing! Grant responded at lightning speed when I messaged him about some laptop damages and he sent a direct link to the parts I needed to order and told me I could come in the next day so he could take a look at the laptop. After the evaluation, he informed me that he can get the repair done within a couple hours once the parts came in. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient! The price was reasonable, the damages were fixed, there’s absolutely nothing I could complain about. If you’re unsure about where to go to get your computer repaired, go see Grant! 😁

I've used this service for a number of years, and am always amazed at the high quality of communication and service. Grant always communicates what is needed, and how to bring in my laptops so they need to be in the shop for a limited amount of time. He's so helpful and supportive and does GREAT WORK!!! I would give a higher rating if I could. Grant does amazing work and is honest about everything. Had a very weird issue with my PC crashing and had to take it in to him multiple times. He was willing to explain everything he did to diagnose it and put in many hours to do so. He found the issue and was INCREDIBLY fair and reasonable with his pricing. A stand up guy running an amazing business.

I would give 100 stars if I could. I cannot say enough good things about the service I received. I took my laptop in, and he had it fixed as soon as he possibly could. He was very communicative about the problem, what it would take to fix it and the price. He texted pictures of what was wrong, and explained everything. Oh and about that price...he was beyond reasonable. His rates are absolutely he best. Hands down, this is the BEST computer repair experience I have ever had. I won't use anyone else for computer repairs again. 100 Stars!!!!!
