I came into do a study. They were unprofessional, rude and disrespectful of my time. Not only did I come in once, but I came in twice to ensure I qualified. They didn’t ask sufficient questions to ensure I qualified. Angelica her assistant was short tempered and impolite. Please look else where there are plenty of other professional locations where research is conducted . They didn’t compensate me for my time nor did they ask any wellness follow up questions . Please look else where , and improve your practice. This is no way to conduct business or science for that matter .

They were very professional. Answered all my questions; some of a delicate nature. The doctor was very helpful. I would recommend this study for women in need help with a delicate problem.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reagan's for over 20 years. She delivered both of my children vaginally with great perseverance and thorough monitoring. I was in labor for over 24 hours with my first and I remember the nurse telling me Dr. Reagan was sleeping in a room nearby at 4:30 in the morning. I've never forgotten that and have always been grateful that she remembered I didn't want an on-call doctor, even if they were from the same group, ultimately delivering my baby. I have trusted only her with my women's health issues and my 22-year-old daughter that she first delivered for me is now seeing her too. I hadn't seen her in several years due to a long health battle for my husband and when I first saw her again last year, she even remembered me giving her a Christmas ornament about 2 decades ago. She is a wonderful person in addition to being an incredibly competent, and knowledgeable physician.

the staff is very knowledgeable and through and curious. Angelica Castillo double checked herself on every step. My doctor assured me that my well being was their utmost concern. I will not hesitate referring WHCR to family and friends.

Dr. Rovena Reagan is an excellent Gynecologist. She is competent and well informed, with compassion and a sense of humor! That goes a long way when you have to go to the OB/GYN!!

Dr. Hoover,

Did not help at all with any of my issues. She didn't seem proactive nor did she want to prescribe medication pain relief. I wouldn't ever refer her to anyone

Its unfortunate that I ended up with Incorrect diagnosis by Dr. Reagan. The cyst that I had was size of a grape when i visited her. She had prescribed medicines that did not work. Situation got worse and I had to go to the ER. i wouldnt suggest going to her.
