Was delivering on saturday
Appointment was at noon came at 11.45 am
Out 12.45 pm. Easy parking to a door friendly guard and people in office. Shipping office at door 61.

Showed up at 2:45pm for a 3:30 appointment was made to wait in a unsafe area with no parking until 3:30pm just to be there all evening into the night for unloading. Driver's should be able to wait inside the facility that has adequate parking until appointment times not inside a cul-de-sac of the entrance way.

This is place is unorganized. They said they wouldn’t have my load ready for pick up until after my appointment time. They sent me to 3 different dock doors because they were clueless about which doors had trailers in them. It was a very slow loading process as well, I’ll be reluctant to come here again.
