ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE, the worst service I have EVER been provided from any company or any person. I ordered a drone last year, once we finally received it, which took about 6 months, it was used, open, has grease stains and parts missing. We immediately asked for a refund and provided photos of the condition in which we received the drone. The drone has been sent back now about 5-6 months ago, AND WE STILL DIDN’T receive our refund that they promised, last month they tried to tell us they would be giving us thousands less than what we paid. No to this day, they ignore our emails and phone calls, completely disregarding the fact that we have a business to run, we’ve never been able to use the drone for the intended purpose and they have been sitting on about 8,000.00 of our money and don’t have the slightest desire to even speak to us. Dont ever owe them money though because they will hound you. DONT EVER work with them, because if you EVER have an issue, THEY WILL TAKE MONTHS AND MONTHS AND MONTHS TO RESOLVE IT AND GUESS WHAT, IT STILL WON’T BE RESOLVED. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY. WIN, JERRY, SKYLER, NO MATTER WHO YOU TALK TO ITS ALL THE SAME SONG AND DANCE.
