If you want to deal with a company that you truly feel is a partner in your business then I highly recommend Logicblock ! I have been in the office products business for many years and have struggled with e commerce providers that made me feel as though I was hostage to them. Our previous e commerce provider was constantly changing platforms and threatened that if you didn't move to their next best product then your current service would end at a specified date. Problem was that each new bigger and better product came with a bigger monthly price !
This has never been the case with Logicblock .
I love the product and the help ticket process they have in place is great !
Most questions I have entered as a help ticket are usually settled within 30 minutes. I love that I can look back over the history of any question I have posed and see again the answer I got. Their screengrab feature is especially nice to take you step by step through the process of accomplishing just what you need to do and at your own pace !
I highly recommend you let Logicblock show you how they can end your feeling as though you are going to work every day just to support your software company. I am always happy to share my experience with Logicblock !
