Fantastic company!! Great to work with. The staff is incredible and knowledgeable with years of experience. Senior Helpers really cares about the care they provide their clients, not only making sure they are safe at home, but also enjoying their days with Quality of Life Activities! Thought they specialize in dementia care, they provide care to all types of people from those that need assistance with bathing, dressing, and transferring to those who need meals prepared, light housekeeping, transportation, or just companionship!! With over 130 caregivers on staff, finding the right fit becomes a priority for their clients turning caregivers into close friends and family. Great company that provides excellent service!

Regularly ignores service requests from business owners that utilize the platform. I've reached out to them through their support option on their website as well as [email protected] at least 5 times for the same 2 issues. I will occasionally receive a response but have yet to get a resolution.

I received a review from this company for the Barbershop I've been going to for years. I opened the link, but never filled it out. The next time I went in, my barber asked me why I left a negative review. I was confused, but they showed it to me. Apparently, it just decided the answers for me, and decided it was a 0/10. My barber told me it has since done this with several other customers. When they complained about it to the company directly, they received a long, wordy email in return that in summary just said "It doesn't do that. You're wrong." Don't tell us we're wrong when we've experienced it first hand. Find out what's wrong and address the problem. I'm not the only one it's done this to, just the only one who cares enough to say something.
