Several years ago, I decided to re-entered into real estate to supplement my retirement income. I had been out of the field for almost 10 years and quickly found that I needed to become proficient with social media and online marketing. At the time, I barely knew how to access my Facebook page and Instagram account, and began searching for services which would provide me with an “integrated approach” so that I could move seamlessly between my branded website, CRM, online ads, respondents to my ads and an automated follow-up system. For me, the key would be a service that would also provided technical support which was easily accessible and convenient. After trying various services which did not meet my needs and did not deliver what they claimed they would deliver, I attended a LinkU webinar and quickly realized that they offered just what I was looking for and at a reasonable and affordable price. In addition, LinkU provided tech support via phone, chat and during 3 weekly “office hours” where I could receive expert assistance to resolve issues which I found challenging. I also signed up for and attended their in-depth, hands-on course (called “Accelerator”) which provided guided step by step instructions on how to build a solid real estate business and was taught by top professionals in the field. It is by far the most comprehensive and complete course I have seen. During my 2 ½ years utilizing LinkU services, I have closed 11 transactions which were a direct result of my utilizing their services. Those services included a CRM which was tied to my online ads and responses to those ads, my branded website which included landing pages for my listings (via step by step easy to follow processes), easily customizable follow-up system for each ad and/or follow-up campaign, easily accessible tech support for using the LinkU system and marketing support from their expert staff, production and posting of FB and IG ads, special training on creating and producing videos for FB, IG and YouTube, and many free extras such as an online visit with Santa for children/grandchildren of my clients. I have been totally pleased and satisfied with the services that I received. My only regret is that upon my total retirement in the past several months, I miss the friendly “family” that I have come enjoy and appreciate during my time with LinkU. I highly recommend LinkU!

I have been with LinkU for over 15 years and initially was very satisfied. They had great service and pricing. Recently though they have been horrible. When I call, no matter which extension I try I get the same person, Celeste, who has a very difficult to understand and based on my experience she doesn't know what she's doing.

The Property Shop has had our website with LinkU for many many years. Recently we updated our platform for a fresh new look. It's increased both leads and calls coming through the web form. What I love is their top rated technical support team. I never have to wait over 10-15 seconds when I call to talk to a live person. And they eliminate my problem while we are on the phone. I was unsure about marketing and when I joined LinkU Digital Marketing I was so impressed with their program and customer service and Jackie with their Success Team wants me to succeed! I haven't started using the full program and I have to say once the marketing campaign began, my phone blew up! I couldn't be more happy! I almost feel like family. It was way back over 10 years ago when we had a webmaster who built us a website that was okay at the time, but it had no functionality. It was merely a page where someone went to visit and get a little more information about our team and our business process.

It did not take long to outgrow and I needed a new site designer that was going to be reputable and do what I needed. Plus have the vision to tell me what I did not know I needed.

Link U Realty and Link U Systems entered the picture, Jason and his partner were excellent and only surrounded themselves, as they continue to do today, with the best of the best in AD management, PPC, Intuitive placement and website design and maintenance.

There would not have been a better option and that is what has kept me with Link U for the past 10 years, since 2007.

This may be something that is not of interest to you in today's digital age, but I like speaking with those I have hired over the phone. That is something that is not prevalent today in this "Hurry up and make money" world.

When I call Link U - even if I need after hours support, there is a warm and kind voice on the other end of the phone wanting to help me. I have not found anything close in all my internet experience.

I so appreciate the opportunity in being able to review Link U, their owner and their excellent staff. We could not do it without their support and transparency.

I've been doing business with Linkurealty over the course of the last 5+ years. In the past 18 months I spent a great deal of money having them create a new site for me and paid for the hosting. Recently I went onto my site to discover that it was no longer a secure site. As you know many people will not continue on a site that isn't secure and have their computers stop them from proceeding forward. When contacting customer support they told me that in order to make it a secure site ONCE AGAIN that I would have to pay even know it was before. The gentleman with customer service told me that it was the owners decision and that he totally disagrees with it. My site has seen a dramatic decline in views and activity due to this in which he also agreed. I told him to have a manager call me back and haven't received any call back. I feel taken advantage of and am upset to have given my hard earned money to a business that could care less about it's customers success.

I recently changed real estate companies and was frantically looking for a CRM and website that I could use and afford with the new company. As I searched through the web, I found a few with 30 days and 15 day trial, I tried 4 different ones and could not find what I was looking for. I was looking for a texting feature that I could respond and keep records in my contacts, LinkU was one that had that service. I had to learn how to use a new system and all my past contacts needed to be loaded into the system, the support staff at Linku has been outstanding loading all my contacts in for me answering my phone calls taking the time to walk me through a step by step how to take advantage of all the things their system does. They also have monthly webinars on how to improve the way you stay in touch with your present and past clients. I have been in the business for over 30 years and still learning.
