When I needed several ink cartridges Leonica Technology provided fast and exceptional service. Since it was towards the end of the business day, I thought I wouldn’t be able to get them until next day or a few days at best. When I reached out to Mr. Fennell, he said “since Leonica had recently opened its second office location in Charleston, and if I am okay with it, he’ll personally deliver them.” When it comes customer service, I can definitely say Leonica, and Mr. Fennell exceeded other vendors I’ve work with in the past for supplies, software, and printing support

Mr. Fennell and Leonica has showed us time and time again what true customer service is. One of our printers went down mid-day, I called Mr. Fennell and he got our printer back up first thing the next day.

Had a horrible experience working for and with Mr. Alfred Fennel. I'd recommend you stay away. He threatened me after leaving a negative Google review once already so we'll see what he says or does to address this publicly. (he won't)
