Just apply for another study,what a shock,was disqualify again!! (This one was last week.) I have apply for over 100 studies with them,have not been call for any. From being sr.citizen to,being pet owner, native New Yorker. From online,to phone studies,to in person not one time has I have be qualified.
All they do gather your information most likely sell it. Stay away from this fake focus group company.

The folks who work the reception area are very friendly
and accommodating to the wide variety of personality types they clientele with. The office is clean, if the rooms are too hot or too cold, they adjust the temperature right away and the food they provide is great.

COVID protocols are non existent here. In addition to create a comfortable environment for the reality of the public health crisis, they are never able to create a temperature controlled space. I was extremely uncomfortable and felt disrespected to see every single staff member not comply with any basic measures and look at me like I had two heads for not wanting to sit in an overcrowded maskless waiting area. I found it difficult to meet their staff with a level of courtesy or respect when their basic lack of showing the same with a mask or any other protocol was not present.

Nice staff, very cool building with old postal chutes still intact. Awkwardly located but clean restrooms, not the best selection of refreshments. Enjoyed the study here though, relaxed atmosphere, no fuss.
