This company is one of the major spam havens on the internet. They ignore abuse and allow spammers access to huge ranges of IP space to run wild with. It takes a known effort to allow this to happen in the way it does with spammers being able to rotate though IPs as they burn one then allow it time to cool off. They allow those kind of spamming tactics that have been known about for decades and they allow it to happen on their network. If this is the type of customer they want to make a dollar on just keep in mind that our own ISP and data centers have blocked their entire ASN from sending or receiving traffic to/from our networks. This means as their legit paying customer the more ISPs and data center providers that block their IP space the less internet addresses you have access to from their network. So have fun being their customer as the Internet slowly disappears from their network.

I have Been with these guys for quite some time now using shared hosting. There support has been absolutely top notch customer service. id say in comparison to other shared hosting services I have used in the past theirs is always been nice and fast. any issues are taken care of in a professional speedy manner. I Also like The Features in my services panel. And in the past I had used there VPS Services and for my proposes it worked very well. and if I were to need that services again I would defiantly sign up with them. I would recommend LayerHost for there services. 5 stars all the way.

I have a couple servers in colocation at their Houston data center. Occasionally I need to contact them for a hard reboot. The support is fast and efficient. I like the fact I can just send them a text and they get on it. Speedwise the data center is always fast. I've had our servers collocated there for over four years now we haven't had a single outage.

DDOS Protection with any datacenter is a must, and these guys it right.
I've been working with these guys for many years. Excellent connectivity, affordable peering, quick on-site assistance and being in Los Angeles has outstanding West Coast and Asia connectivity. Highly recommended.

They also completely disregard spam reports therefore encouraging this behaviour.
