I've been considering their internet for years now.

First, I've been waiting years for an opening.
Second, the lady said they would survey and never did.
Third, the lady said she would call back and never did.
Fourth and final, she stopped answering the phone.

I'm done with her and this company. Attitude problems and act like children. I'll look into the more expensive option, mediacom, and get much better internet, and much better service than this.

I signed up with them when I moved here. Mostly because they are locally owned So far I am happy with the service./ After over a year I'm satisfied. They repair quickly and even if you dont het a voice someone gets the message quickly and is on it. Nice when you deal locally owned. They have to keep you happy

With supporting a lot of the internet needs of the schools in the valley, it took a bit to coordinate the installation of our system but it was worth the wait. With their lowest level plan, we can stream most movies, while being on phones, Kindles and laptops. Their is some buffering on high definition streams but I would anticipate that would be resolved with an upgrade on our plan. We have had no connectivity issues and things have worked out great.

Well the only question I have with this company is you call them and nobody calls you back it's a good thing that's not the only one in town huh you'd be out of luck that's my experience with them

I was so excited about getting this service. But by the time they did what they needed to do and got back to me The appointment was made, but when they came to my house they wanted more money. By the time all was done their fee installation promotion was over. I didn't have anymore money so off they went. I didn't think that was cool cause it wasn't my fault

its some good cheep internet but it is out WAY too much. they try telling me that their internet has no problems when i call however multiple people i onow have the same problem. a few weeks ago it was out and its out again. L internet☹️
