Update: this place is an underinsured money pit hell hole.
DON’T MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE! My father was a resident and worked with both past and current management here for over 20 years. The corruption here is rampant. There is no actual security here for its residents. They’re selling “safety” but it’s all a facade. The HOA “security department” obtains copies of residents keys without their consent. And then there’s Theft. When it’s reported to the OCSD or LWV, it doesn’t make it onto the crime report. It goes unaccounted for. I can only speak to our experience here but if it happened to us, who knows how many others. Don’t buy in here!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

A beautiful community for 55 and up. All the ammenities, golf courses, pools, recreation center, gym, trails make it a wonderful place to live into retirement. Security is extremely strict at the gates which makes it one of the safest communities in the country!

My wallet was stolen with all my credit cards and ID in it.
I went to the office to have my LW ID card replaced.
To my amazement and outrage they wanted $125 to replace a stolen card.
UNBELIEVABLE!!
Even after I decided to move they still wanted me to replace the card..for ONEHUNDREDANDTWENTYFIVEDOLLARS!!!!!!!
I think the powers that be are powered by people who had no friends in high school.

It was my first visit and wasn't sure what to think because It wasn't a big hotel chain. It was great to experience great service. The rooms are totally renovated and we're wonderful . My only input would be to update the continental breakfast area and find ways to not block the air-conditioner to work more affeftively

There's a lot of activity and facilities for the residents of that's community that the residents have no reason to stay inside and sit on a couch to watch TV the when day. Dance lessons, tennis, swimming, pickle ball, ping pong are just some of the things in the program. The ping pong hall located at the Thurs floor of the community center is awesome, huge and well lighted with about 30 tables. The centerpiece is the 3 nine-hole golf course, well-maintained fairways and greens. There are no water hazards but the bunkers are well placed. Lengthwise, it is fair and set up is challenging. This is a great community and a great place to retire.

LOVE living here. So many huge trees and wonderful walking trail around creek! Many concerts each week. Zumba, yoga, movies. Best of all feel secure eith 14 gates:). HOA is high but keep in mind each month include 1/12 of your property taxes.
