Exceptional Customer Service!

We've bought from the Laguna Cellar team for many years. They're pricing is always competitive and their recommendations are always brilliant. Where they truly shine is their customer service. We recently bought a very nice bottle to donate to a charity auction. The wine and it's Original Wood Box shipped separately. Unfortunately, the shipping company lost the box. When we notified Laguna they express shipped a replacement box at their expense to make sure the charity would have everything they need to maximize the donation.

Great wines, at a great price, willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Simply Outstanding!
