It's great to know that no matter which location I visit, I can find the same great Kroger prices and product selection. During my last road trip, I had to restock the snacks and get a few drinks.

This Kroger is quite nice. I appreciate the integration of technology with everyday store features. This is the move in the right direction. This store is clean and well laid out. It's a plus when customers are not visiting their local stores.

The only wonky thing is the price of ice. There are multiple options for ice in the register, but only size and price is offered. Not sure why they haven't fixed that, but they need to.

Undercover sushi GOAT! This place has great sushi. It used to be a lot better but the person that made it left and it started really sucking. Lately it's been better so I've started buying it again.

They have their return policy posted, but don't abide by it. I purchased an item, tried to return it WITH my receipt but they refused simply due to the fact that I purchased it from Ridge Rd. Extremely poor customer service by Boyd and Caitlin, the managers.

The entire store is exceptional, but the demeanor of the employee at the deli counter is particularly concerning. Her lack of enthusiasm and customer service has a negative impact on my shopping experience. While I want to refrain from mentioning her name to avoid any potential offense, I believe that publicly acknowledging her role in the store’s success may help her understand the significance of providing exceptional customer service. Her name is AJ, and a simple shift in her attitude, such as being more approachable, would greatly enhance my shopping experience. It appears that she may be consistently having a negative day, which is unfortunate.

Produce is alway in poor shape it’s obvious that they do not use first in first in first out. The meat seafood department always smells terrible and the coolers are always gross. The store it self is dirty and always out of stock. I don’t trust that they are handling the meat, produce and temperature controlled items safely. I have to shop at multiple grocery stores when I use this Kroger because either the shelves aren’t stocked or they are just out of what I need, always. I Tried doing pick up orders but they will have things listed out of stock online and they limit some items so you can’t get them as a pick up.

They never have any open lanes outside of self checkout when I go in. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is either. Some folks like self check out, I don’t, I’m disabled and having to scan and bag all the groceries on my own wears me out. I was just in there this morning, and there were plenty of people on shift walking around the Kroger in their blue shirts with their name tags on it, blocking the aisles in some cases, but ain’t a soul up at a cash register helping folks check out.

Purchase $16 worth of cut up fruit that they had stationed at the front entrance. Fruit went bad within a week. Eye wish Eye would have taken pictures before I threw the fruit out. FYI just be aware. $16 is a lot of money these days.

On January 8, 2025, my tire pressure gauge light came on. I did not know what to do, but Joseph the retired policeman, who work at Kroger in Dallas, came to my rescue. I highly appreciate Joseph who came out from his warm booth into the freezing cold to put air in the tires for me. He was courteous, professional and took the time to teach me how to do it. Joseph represent the standard of what a Kroger employee should be and do: provide outstanding customer service. Job well-done. Thank you Joseph.
