I visited this store after picking up a truckload of furniture from the business next door. It was around 11:45am on a Sunday. The moment I walked in, I immediately noticed that no one greeted me. Despite being fully staffed, no employee offered assistance until I specifically inquired about a vanity that was on sale.

I approached an associate who was working on her laptop and asked her to verify the dimensions of the vanity. Her response and demeanor made me feel like I was being a bother. I then asked if I could get a quote for the faucet that came with the vanity. She asked me to leave my name, email and phone number.

A week has passed, and I never received a response. This was the most unwelcoming high-end store I have ever visited.

We worked with Sabrina at this location and she was very helpful and professional. She was also very friendly and we felt welcomed and asked many questions about different options available and she patiently answered all our questions. During the whole process of decision making, ordering and shipping, we felt relaxed. We were also offered coffee in the store (which we really needed at the end of a long day!). We actually picked more items that we had anticipated since we liked the options much better at Kohler compared to other stores and the whole experience was great!

Recently remodeled our Primary Bathroom and wanted to use mostly Kohler fixtures. We made an appointment with Danielle and she helped us design exactly what we wanted and helped us get good pricing for the volume we were purchasing. More importantly, she also made sure we had all the valves, little things, and extras that we needed so that everything functioned properly. Even with tight timelines from my contractor, she made sure we got every thing we wanted in a timely manner. Stumbled onto the Kohler store in Irvine last year…. Met Moji Lustig, salesperson, and thank god!!! She has been amazing with my guest bath and master bath remodel. The Kallista products are gorgeous and her customer service is amazing!!! Can’t recommend enough.
