O/O/Drivers before your come here make sure with your dispatch/Receiver mostly ask Receiver where delivery is actually going. There is another warehouse 22476 Fisher Road Watertown ,NY really easy. Rather than Reaching at 6 am at 213 factory St and blocking everything to back at dock. Then finding out going to other location.

Truck drivers ridding 70’+ rigs you will need steel nerve to get job done, I don’t recommend inexperienced one to come there. For those who decided - I did left turn from Mill St to Factory St and left again right in front of the building, I guess it is an easiest way to docking. Try to come early in the morning while town still sleeping because intersection seems busy at work hours. Four stars only because of difficulties too maneuvering, people are good!!!

Quick unloading and super nice people. Awkward intersection but not bad if you have experience. I went in around 09:00 and didn't have any problems. Be patient with traffic, don't get easily frustrated and you'll be fine.

Delivery here with an 18 wheeler is a challenge. The dock (for dry and reefers) is right at the light. And there's no way you're blind siding in. To make it easier for future drops, here's what to do:
-Come early before traffic builds. Say about 6:00am
-At the Mill St / Factory St intersection, turn LEFT into Factory St and drive for about half a mile.
-At the next light at Blue Diamond Hardware, make an immediate left (Factory Square) into an old brick (looks abandoned) building and loop around it.
-Now you're back again on Factory St driving towards your delivery dock.
-With 4ways on, drive on to the curb as you approach the dock and block the traffic on Black River Pkwy and back in... hopefully in one shot so as not to hold the traffic too long.

5 stars for the helpful people at Knowlton.
-1 star for dock setup.

18 wheelers, if you delivering at this location try to get there from factory street so you can park easier. Nice people, fast unloading

I don’t know why the negative reviews if you know how to drive there’s no issues it in downtown the unloading dock is on the corner of Mill St and Factory St you will see 2 dumpsters friendly people and took me early
