Exceptional service! My computer needed several applications installed and some troubleshooting for issues I was having. My Technician, Seth Plechas was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get everything installed and cleaned up so I could do my job without any further issues. He also answered all my questions and provided some good suggestions. He was very patient and polite. I have worked for a couple of large companies with IT Departments and this by far was the best IT experience I have had.

Seth was Awesome! He was able to help me get my account set up even when I had to run to a leak emergency during our phone call. KME has always been great to work with. Every Technician I have worked with over the years have been true professionals.

Cyril especially made the transition to KME system so smooth. I was not able to take his call during the allotted time but he was able to squeeze me in at a different time on the same day anyways. He was super polite and answered all my questions during the call and it was not confusing at all.
