This was a perfect adventure for our family of 5 to squeeze into our day (another part of our family joined in on the adventure as well and loved it). Our boys our 11, 15, and 18. We did the 2 hour package and really enjoyed the ride we went on. I think we could have easily explored another hour or two. We all thought our electric bike adventure was a highlight of our day in Skagway and an affordable way to get out of town a little. We high recommend it to anyone visiting the area and looking for something to do.

This is the best 'shore excursion' we've ever done! Nicole and the staff were so helpful and we had an incredible experience. We booked this ourselves without the help of the cruise line and we're so glad we did! We were able to take 'Spruce' up the Klondike Highway to Emerald Lake and stopped at every single pull out along the way. As we were driving, we'd see bus tours doing the same drive and NOT stopping at many of the most beautiful scenic areas in Alaska and Canada. With this rental, we were able to do everything at our pace and enjoy the entire trip.

I told my wife that this may end up being the most expensive excursion we've ever done because now I want to buy my very own 'Spruce' to drive at home.

I can't recommend Klondike Electric Bicycles enough and am so glad that we got to experience the ride of a lifetime!

Exploring the Klondike Highway with the Mach-E was absolutely one of the best shore experiences from our cruise! We very much enjoyed the flexibility to explore Skagway, BC, and Yukon at our own pace. The ride was incredibly comfortable, smooth, and zippy, and EV driving on mountain roads has the added benefit that downhill driving is very comfortable with one-pedal driving. The clear roof also offered a breathtaking view of the beautiful scenery the area has to offer. The ride was comfortable even with a group of 5.

Nicole and her team have absolutely been a pleasure to work with! They made us feel comfortable with the car and the trip, and gave us many tips. Their shop honestly has the best collection out of all gift shops we've stopped at throughout our cruise. Also, Nicole's dogs are super friendly and cute!!!

I'm very grateful to have the chance to rent the Mach-E at Klondike Electric Cars for such a one-of-a-kind experience.

The folks here are very friendly & they have the cutest pups as well ? my wife & I rented e-bikes from here and it was truly one of the greatest experiences of my life. the provided map was very helpful & the recommended stops were definitely worth it! Skagway is so beautiful & im so thankful we were able to explore this area by bike. We recommend doing a minimum of 4 hours 🙂 Amazing experience!

The owners are so friendly and helpful - renting the e-bikes was easy, finding the location was a quick walk from our port (we booked this during our day in Skagway on our cruise), and the area was stunning to explore - brilliant blue water, cobble beaches, trees, hills, maybe even wildlife! *if booking while on a cruise they have excellent policies to accomodate/refund any changes b/c of weather/cruise scheduling etc.

Sail and Trail excursion is everything I hoped it would be and more! Klondike’s e-bikes are rugged, with thick tires for exploring Skagway and the exquisite scenery outside of town (waterfall, historic cemetery, river, parks and trails). A yummy lunch packed in lightweight souvenir packs provided us with a wonderful picnic on the road. Captain Brendan and Grace are spectacular hosts on the 50 foot Hopscotch. Beautiful people and lovely sail. Up to only six guests on this sail, so it is a special treat.

From start to finish Klondike Electric Bikes was a stellar experience. I reserved the electric Mustang a few months before our cruise and was impressed with the communication and professionalism of Nicole and her staff. We provided our driving info before the actual pickup and everything was ready. We were able to buy our tickets to the Yukon suspension bridge through Klondike which saved a ton of time. When we arrived, we got our tickets to the bridge, the car was spotless, fully charged, and ready to go. They provide binoculars and a literal mile by mile guide for driving to Emerald Lake. We knew exactly where to pull off, what we were looking at and what to expect at each bend in the road. The tips and tricks for good photo spots and what to expect at the border crossings (back and forth) were spot on. If you are looking for an experience at your own pace with first hand knowledge then you can't go wrong rending from Klondike Electric Bikes. *BONUS* Their office dogs are cute as can be and are excited to see you when you walk in!

My family and I were looking for an unforgettable experience for our time in Skagway. After much contemplation on what to do, we fell upon the suggestion of renting a car, and exploring on our own. At first, we may have been a bit hesitant, not knowing the area, or what was in store. Our decision was probably the highlight of our entire short week vacation. What a wonderful experience, and my wife enjoyed driving through the Alaskan and Canadian landscape. We are so grateful for such a wonderful experience, and we understand now the love story behind our amazing expedition. Following in the footsteps of Klondike Cars adventure to Emerald Lake was truly an unforgettable and inspirational experience. If you are looking for an excursion, adventure, experience, escapade...consider this hidden gem. I would recommend for any family traveling with a toddler and infant as we did. Being able to go at our own pace, stop when we want, and have enough time to explore the surrounding areas, and Skagway was a blessing. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
