They were wonderful, courteous, prompt. For once I didn't feel bamboozled and ripped off. So many people told me to throw away my printer that had frozen from non-use. But they fixed it! I'm so glad my friend recommended them. I will gladly recommend them to others.

This is the first time iv written a review but my experience was so bad I feel I need to.i went in to see if they could solder a button back on my fob key.they said yes or they'd try witch I was good with.he asked if it was OK to keep over weekend I said ok.well that turned in to two weeks for a 35 dollar job.during that 2 weeks I would try calling but never got an answer so I showed up and was told I have to leave a message ,and that he had no clue what was going on with it.finally after 2 weeks I got fed up. and left a message to do nothing to it and I'd come pick it up.i show up to grab the key and they had charged me 30$ to clean it but that's not what I wanted done nor did they ask if I wanted it done..I will never use them again.

Remember you get what you pay for! I Took my computer to these guys on February 6th because they had good reviews and good prices. When I picked my computer up I was told the problem was fixed only to have the same problem start again on March 9th in the middle of writing a paper. I called today to ask what the warranty on their work is, because I would like to continue to give them my business, only to be told there is no warranty. So now I have to pay 100+ dollars to them to attempt another fix or go to one of the major repair shops that actually warranty the work they do.
