I have been very disappointed with the lack of response from Kidney Buzz. My order was last Sept/Oct for 2 dialysis belts paid for. They never arrived I sent 2 or 3 enquiries and received no help. There seems to be no tracking of parcels and very little interest as to whether the goods are received. Not good service at all. Being on dialysis is hard enough without being ripped off by a company who should do better.

I ordered a Large black zip up hoodie on January 3rd. After 3 weeks I was told that someone had transposed the number to my address, so I never received it. (Even though the address was correct on the email invoice that I received) After waiting a total of two months, I received a 4XL blue hoodie and I am still having trouble returning it for the right size/color and/or getting my money back. Carrington S. Fields won’t email me back. I went through Facebook Messenger and I was assured that someone would contact me. I have yet to hear from anyone. Kidneybuzz does not value their customers, not me anyway. I forgot to mention that the humongous blue hoodie had been used. It wasn’t even new. Terrible customer service.

Ok I'm not sure if we are all talking about the same Company, but I placed a order recently.
09 /13/2023 to be exact and wuz txtd a
conformation # and a delivery window and of
today's date 10/03/2023 my pkg has not arrived and there is no contact # and when I go to the help icon to request help it tells me that the business is no longer in existence, and I thought I had found something very nice for my 83 yr old mother who takes dialysis x3 days a week to keep her a lil more comfortable and warm. I do not recommend this company.

The wrist bands arrived, and they are great! The only negative thing I found, was the fact that my email address was on the address label as well. Wasn't expecting that, and would have preferred it not to be on th label.

I sent off an order for a kidney sweat shirt for dialysis for the left arm and when it finally came it was for the right . I returned it. And now many months later I am hearing from this company with no mention of sending me the correct shirt.

I've had $500+, in unauthorised bank withdrawals in the last year.
This began when I subscribed to the web page they provide which gives info on advances.
Shortly, after I was charged more than agreed up and more than once.
I called and canceled and was told I would receive full refund.
Did not happen as I find out today I was charged $289,overdrafting me. In disabled and on a fixed income. Now I'm broke the rest if the month. Liars.
