I love old school customer service and Kickr definitely has the Southern Charm!!

I appreciated the amount of time you gave to detail of each step along the way. Dan Hammer, "Dan the Man" as I often called you, you were great understanding my questions and interpreting my vision of what and how my Fire Extinguishing Agent Delivery Device should perform. You took all of that and incorporated the necessary changes to my original design and helped add a couple of new features. Tyler, another terrific member of the team. you were able to create excellent 3d images which brought the device to life. I needed mechanical drawings and computer programs made, so that I would be able to provide to fabrication companies in the manufacture of my device. You brought it to life.
All together my experience with all of you at Kickr Design was totally without stress! The project moved smoothly and when I needed a quick turn-around at one point, you delivered.!
