We recently had Keystone Custom Decks build a new deck overlooking our sloping backyard, and the experience was terrific. From the very first meeting, it was clear that their team cared about our vision and knew how to make it happen. They were consistently punctual, worked neatly, and kept us in the loop every step of the way.

We absolutely love the final result—our deck is now our go-to spot to relax and host dinners when the weather’s nice. When my husband and I decided we wanted to build a patio with an outdoor kitchen and fire pit, we immediately thought of the Keystone Custom Decks company. We had prior experience with them a few years ago when they built our deck. They did a great job then and we knew they would do a great job again. Their design team drew plans to our specifications and created the perfect space we had envisioned. When it came time to start building, Luke and his team did a great job at leveling the ground and pouring perfect concrete foundation. Then Kendall and his team cut and laid down a beautiful pattern of stones. They installed the kitchen and fire pit and the entire project came together beautifully. Anthony, our salesman, and Nate, our project manager, were always available to answer questions. Everyone was super friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company for all outdoor projects.

Best experience we’ve ever had with any kind of contractor! Keystone was amazing. They demoed our old deck and built a screened in back deck, with a roof, heaters and gorgeous gas fireplace. It is heavenly out there now.
The process was very easy and keystone delivered on every single thing they said they would.
Anthony was wonderful coming out to the house, talking over our ideas and making suggestions. The team put together a beautiful presentation with renderings of exactly what the deck would look like, worked with us on small changes before finalizing the contracts.
Kevin and his whole crew were amazing. Not only very talented, but consistent, fast, clean and kind. They showed up early and worked hard all day—and they were nice to my kids which was a bonus!
Keystone did gorgeous work and delivered exactly what they said they would in the timeframe they said they would. We would HIGHLY recommend them. We had a great experience and love our new deck!

Keystone Custom Decks was the most reliable contractor we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. To say they were impressive would be an understatement.

From start to finish they were incredibly professional; the communication was excellent, and we never experienced a single negative issue or concern. We had multiple changes to the scope of the project along the way, and they were very patient and accommodating with each one. The overall level of customer service and professionalism far exceeded our expectations.

We solicited proposals from 6 different companies for this project. Keystone’s price was very reasonable compared to the rest and it was quite evident from day one that they were also the most trustworthy and knowledgeable… and by a long shot.

They arrived every single day at 7:30AM to setup the site so they could begin work promptly at 8:00AM; and they never stopped working until 3:30-5:30PM. Our project was supposed to last 10-12 business days and they completed it in 7. They have the logistics of deck construction down to an absolute science, and it was fun to watch.
