As a Strategic Adviser for Workato I have been working for most of the last year with Gregory's team on a complex, bidirectional Sage ERP <> Salesforce integration for our customer. Our company engaged Keynode Solutions at the recommendation of Salesforce. Our goal was to customize Salesforce to create a "sales to dispatch" workflow and inventory system. The Keynode team has demonstrated a broad business background and learned our business and products very quickly, including our operations activities in India. We found KeyNode after a bad experience working with the implementation partner Salesforce provided us. KeyNode's team took the time to understand our business and design solutions specific to our needs. In addition, they made suggestions for Salesforce best practices and features that we did not know we could leverage. I would highly recommend them as a Salesforce partner and we plan on continuing to work with them as our business grows. My only regret is that we did not use them during our initial implementation as we would of saved thousands of dollars and hours of work.
