Kazmarek is who our company partners with for IT support. I don't need them very often, but when I do they're quick to respond and quick to resolve issues that are resolvable (scanner issues, software updates, network glitches, and equipment set up for me). Both the technicians and all of the support staff at KTS are always friendly, always professional, and always get the job done.
