WOW!!! Just called in to transfer a primary residence and 7 rentals from TDS. Told sales at 1:30 PM March 27 that I had been with the same service TDS for 32 years. Rather than sell me new service he would rather debate about the current TDS saying "they haven't been around that long" so I indicated I had been through all brand phases of the same company and prior names (FALCON CABLE TO CHARTER TO ORANGE BB TO BAJA BB - TDS). Then, he proceeded to debate further. I told him I am not here to debate, I am here to transfer a total of 8 properties but since he would rather debate than to sell and if this is how we are starting off with a business customer relationship, I said f-that and will move on. Unbelievable what has happened to customer service or the interest in selling services. I am at a loss of even trying to get this mind set.

I’ve had a few different internet providers in the St. George area. No one’s service has been as reliable as Kayenta. They are also supportive and a human picks up the phone to talk to you. No weird fees and pricing stays consistent. Straight forward and good service from a local company. Highly recommend!

I messed up my router late on a Saturday when trying to set up a new printer which left absolutely zero Internet connection. I sent a quick email from my phone and left a voicemail expecting a call back on Monday and was surprised to see a personalized email at 9:10pm on Saturday night that had the information and instructions how to get everything sorted. That is something I NEVER would see from other big company internet service providers I've used in the past and REALLY appreciated it. I'll be recommending Kayenta Technologies to any of my friends that ask.

Coming from California and running my own business from home, I was extremely nervous about the kind of internet providers they might have here in St.George. After asking around and doing some research I decided to take a chance on going with Kayenta. Their customer service department was extremely knowledgeable about all the plans and suggested the best plan that would work for my business. I have done conducted a large amount of business since I’ve been with Kayenta and I have to say that this is the BEST INTERNET SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD HANDS DOWN! Of course, I was moving things around and pushed the reset button 🤦🏼‍♂️So I had to call customer service and they sent out Nate and he was EXTREMELY AMAZING! Within 30 min of call Nate was here with a smile on his face, fixed the issue and couldn’t of been nicer.
I highly recommend Kayenta Technologies to everyone.

Kayente is the best internet provider we've ever had including CenturyLink we had a little glitch in our system that came right out and updated it and said from now on it will update on its own that's after having it for about 5 years the rates are great highly recommend them

After dealing with CenturyLink and TDS terrible connection service for years, I finally switch to Kayenta Technologies and boy what a huge difference. Their speeds are amazing and can handle online gaming with no lag whatsoever. I'm super impressed with their speeds and also the technicians /customer service. Also, there's no contract at all! Awesome company!

Outstanding business 👍 the network is fantastic and the employees are amazing at what they do. They have a tech guy by the name of Miles that is amazing and helped me through some very frustrating problems I was having over a router (I should have listened when they recommended one lol) and he was incredibly patient, and knowledgeable. He helped walk me through the problem and was enthusiastic to help out. 10/10 would definitely recommend Kayenta Technologies 👌
