Juan is so knowledgeable and generous with his time/advice. I'm not even a client yet, but called to ask him many questions about assuming my sons title and loan. A couple weeks ago I had some questions about how to determine my accurate property line before the completion of a backyard construction project. I wasn't sure how to obtain a survey report. After several phone calls, my mortgage lender suggested I call a title company listed on my mortgage documents, to see if a survey record was on file with them. I spoke with Juan Castro. I was so amazed by his patience and willingness to educate me on the role of a Title Company. He assured me that if there had been any question regarding the accurate location of the property line fence, it would have been resolved prior to my purchasing the property.
I admit I never realized the importance and various responsibilities of a Title Company. Thanks Juan.
