I would recommend JO'C to truly anybody.

I finished a graduate degree in May and was looking for some help narrowing down various career paths. There are so many factors in the job search, and it can be easy to land in the wrong job. Johnson O'Connor helped me better understand my aptitudes and skills, and ultimately led me towards an understanding of the kind of work that would feel most fulfilling to a person like me, and their years and years of research, I believe, can do this for anybody.

There's plenty to be said about how enriching and enlightening the testing with Johnson O'Connor can be. How wide ranging and all encompassing the tests are, and how interesting and sometimes surprising the experience is. However, why I would argue JO'C get put over the top, and why I would recommend them to most anyone of any age -- especially those looking for some sense of focus or direction -- is that the staff and the people of Johnson O'Connor are able to bring a personal touch and even a sense of fun to the experience overall.

Here's just 1 small example: I always thought I was great at clerical and logistical work, although I hate it. I was stunned to learn that although I rarely make mistakes in those areas, I'm actually terrible at it - as proven by my very slow speeds in completing the tests, and my frustration in doing the tasks.

This knowledge prompted me to start delegating ALL my clerical and logistical work - so I can concentrate on doing the things I love doing, and which I'm best at!

This is a nonprofit research organization, and the day-long aptitude testing and the follow up consultation are enlightening and provide very helpful guidance in assessing career and schooling choices, or hobby choices! It's really fun and a very positive experience. Expensive but well-worth it.
