I own a company in Decatur Ga - this was our preferred vendor for WiFi. We are constantly out of service and cannot operate our business. I need to switch carriers asap. Constant open tickets and notices of outages and errors.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. CONSTANT internet issues. CONSISTENTLY low speeds lower than paid for and advertised. Recently logged in because no devices in our apartment were having WiFi internet access. Autopay was randomly disabled (I've never had issue with autopay in 3 years), and suddenly bills were due on the 1st and not the 15th. Unethical. I will intentionally avoid complexes and areas that have WaveFly or any JMF services going forward. Terrible experience.

We get lousy cable reception, and a very low wi-fi signal. Outdated equipment may be contributing to the cause of our reception woes. Why do they deserve a five star rating you might ask. It is only because of the people who work there
. A lady stayed well past quitting time on a Friday to try and resolve the problem we are having. Her name was Rachael. She even called back on Saturday to try to help us. People working hard to resolve problems always are more important than boxes, switches, and cables that do not work.
I have no doubt that the cable gremlins will soon be dispersed and we will eventually get our cable restored.

The most unreliable fiber service ever and the support is atrocious as well. There is no follow through when support tickets are created. I pay for gig speed and I’m lucky to average 500mbps down…currently at 2mbps slower than dial up.

This company took over for Litstream and have been horrible since they took over. Wi-Fi goes in and out. Currently as this is being typed, we have been without internet for 18 1/2 hours and when you have people working from home, that’s a problem. Customer service when I have called hasn’t been very helpful either. Not a huge fan right now!

This group knows their stuff, simple as that. Amazing support, rapid response and service has been fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and oddly enough in this day and age, actually do what they say they will do.

This company made a deal with me and we agreed to get an enclosed trailer I was suppose to buy as soon as they had the title the next day and the next day I asked if it was still going to happen they said yes and then when I was suppose to get it they said they changed there mind not good business ppl at all don't recommend them to anyone
