Well to start with I have known Jim Brown for 25-30 years . We have even worked on a few construction jobs along side each other. They are always good about taking care of customers. I have been recommending them to people for. years. I would never go any where else for HVAC work to be done. Thanks for all you have done . We really appreciate your quick response and craftsmanship.They replaced the first unit on our house and I was not in town I was away on a job , but they made sure my family was taking care of , that is the kind of people Jim Brown is !!!!

I called Jim Brown Service this morning for no heat in my shop. Being single digit temperatures, I wasn't optimistic about getting a service technician out to look at my problem quickly. To my amazement, the tech, I believe his name was Zach, arrived in less than 2 hours.

He was quick to diagnose and fix my problem, very professional and friendly.

This was the first time I needed service on my shop heating equipment since I moved to Mountain Home in 2016 and couldn't have been more pleased with their response and service.

I would not hesitate for a minute to use Jim Brown Service again and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

Jack was at our house in less then an hour of my phone call to the office. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the unit we have at our house. After a few minutes he was able to figure out what was wrong with our unit. He replace the part that had gone bad and our unit was running like new again. I do thank you guys for coming out to service our unit. We will be telling all of our friends and family the kind of service that we recived from your company . You guys are awesome we will be having you do our annual servicing on out unit..

Awesome buying experience. We are new to the area and we bought a home with a 50 year old hvac system, so after having a few companies give us bids, Jim gave the best of all the units at the lowest price .You would be doing yourself a disservice not talking to them if you need a new heat pump.
