Truly breathtaking exhibition. Brings to life in the most heartrending manner the work of the Oyneg Shabbes. The design of the museum is accessible whilst being totally enthralling and awe inspiring. Whilst POLIN may give an overview of 1,000 years of Jewish history in Poland, the JHI’s exhibition of the Ringelblum Archives shines a light on one of Polish Jewry’s finest achievements, borne from the middle of its annihilation.

Very touching and sombering experience. It covers the history from prior to the WW II. Lot of details about the creation of the Warsaw ghetto, life in the ghetto, and how things ended there. A lot of letters and notes from folks in the ghetto before they were transported to Triblinka and Aushwitz.

90 minutes would be a good duration for the visit. Free lockers for your backpack and jackets. Free entry on Mondays.

Very touching and powerful. Just learned about the Jewish resistance at uni. I was a bit confused when the professor said that writing about the situation is also a form of resistance. But after visiting the museum and seeing the archives, I can say now I understand why.

A unique exhibition based on an archive of documents buried in the Warsaw ghetto by Jewish writers who wanted the world to understand what the Nazis were doing to the Jews in Warsaw. Fascinating and moving.

Being a truely unique experience this multi-media exposition gives personal accounts of the horror life in the Warsaw Ghetto (till it's uprising). A must see for the Jews, Germans as well as Poles from Warsaw. The visit takes about 90 min. Archives are open for those looking for theirs Jewish roots. The staff is extremely helpful and positive. I really like their bookshop. Every year my favourite Austeria calendar appears.

Extraordinaire experience in Warsaw! An absolute must see. The exhibition has so much love in every detail and imparted so much knowledge of the Jewish community during WW2. Very clear and understandable structure throughout the exhibition. Definitely a recommendation! I would recommend at least 1,5-2 hours for every interested visiter. Many thanks to the Institute. Keep up with your precious work.
