John is nothing short of a professional guy. I came to him with my custom built pc that was having problems booting into windows and nothing being displayed to my monitor. I tried everything that I could and nothing would work. I decided to get help from someone, and I’m so glad that I chose Jbod Tech. He was very professional and communicated to me what he was doing and what he thinks the issue was pretty often, and eventually fixed my issue. He even offered some of his professional advice on how to upgrade my build from here on out. After it was all said and done, he even gave me a discount because it took him a little longer to repair than expected. 10/10 would recommend and will be going to John with anything else I seek to fix/upgrade on my PC from here on out.

Great work! I took my computer in, thinking I needed a better video card for some game graphics. After looking at my system, he told me I really needed a better processor and more memory. Those changes produced great results! For less than the price of a video card I thought I needed, I had the graphics improvement that I wanted -- Thanks to his expertise!

$300 SSD disappears from shop. Neither the technician, Joe, or the owner, John take any responsibility. Owner tells me "Samsung must have shipped out an empty box", and it is not his problem; despite the tech confirming that the box was sealed when he opened it. Be sure to video your parts and the condition of your hardware if you drop it off here.

I have never had such an amazing customer service experience as we did with John at Jbod. My computer was having issues on a work trip and he worked through the weekend to fix the problem while we were passing through Warner Robbins. John was friendly, communicative, fairly priced and worked fast. We are so grateful and will definitely come back.

The experience I had with Jonathan was excellent in all aspects. My computer had died at home, I was unsure what to do and who to trust. Jonathan is very knowledgeable about all things computers, he explained to me what had happened to my computer and to repair it it would not be viable. He is trustworthy and his price is very reasonable. When I left his shop I felt comfortable and happy with my experience and the price I paid him for doing a great job. Amazing!!!!! The guy in the store was so nice. My laptop wasn’t broke and I was in a rush cause I was on my break. He moved quick and I was able to receive my laptop that same day! Amazing and would definitely recommend 😁

I have to add my voice to the unanimous 4 & 5 star ratings that laud JBOD. I was certain that my tennish-year-old computer was toasted. It was making strange sounds, then no sounds nor sights. I thought the only option was to say good-bye to all of my files and start cyber shopping for a new computer. Good think I shopped for a computer repair store instead. JBOD not only got it running better than new (not kidding) but retrieved my files and scraped out about a decade's worth of cyber gunk from where ever it hides inside my desk top - all at a small fraction of the cost of time and money it would have taken to start from scratch to research and purchase and set-up a new one. I'll never go anywhere else, because this is the guy.
