Serviceable. Typical military quarters with a full kitchen. The toaster is broken and the lighting in the space is terrible at night. The appliances are loud when running - dishwasher and coffee maker. The oven heats unevenly, but that is easy to work around. Free laundry facility. Quiet space. Expensive compared to off base hotels.

We are PCSing from Jber
I’ve been doing this for a long time PCSing staying in TLF this is by far the worst TLF I’ve ever stayed in so dirty. Things breaking bathroom had mold, it had a horrible smell when we entered the first night. Not to mention The walls are paperthin you can hear everything that’s going on in the room next to you. Super disappointed this is what our military folks have to stay in.
Took some pictures of the mold around the window seal, mold around shower, rust in tub, and bathroom Vanity falling apart from water damage.

Staying here was a nightmare. I don’t see how none of the major commands on JBER don’t do anything to fix this scam called “lodging”. The first unit we were put into had a MAJOR gas leak in the unit, and exposed wires in the kitchen. A beautiful combination! Secondly, when we arrived, the front door to the unit was wide open and unlocked. The staff was friendly (mostly). We were put into a different unit which had a rust covered bathtub! Upon our second night in the TLF we were evacuated at 0200 in the morning and the staff was no help with understanding the situation. THEN, the next day all the smoke alarms decided to go off because of low batteries. The maintenance crew took their time to get over and fix the issue and upon arrival blamed it on shower steam (which makes zero sense). Lastly, every few days the cards to the units stop working! Nobody decided to tell us that when we checked in so we ended up locked out at 2200 in the freezing cold. This place is a disaster and I truly don’t understand why they are allowed to remain open and charge $169 a night to stay in a dilapidated facility that feels like a drug house. This needs to be addressed and fixed.

I'm staying here right now. It's quite comfortable & warm. The parking is good and the place itself has a full kitchen, living room, dining area, plenty of closet space; a bedroom and a bath. Speaking of the bath, GREAT shower pressure!

However, the bed is small ( queen) and the decor hasn't been brought into this century.

Spacious and comfortable, with a fully furnished bedroom (queen bed), walk-in closet, bathroom, living room with a desk, sleeper sofa, 2 side chairs, futons, coat closet, dining table, and a full kitchen. The building is old but in good shape, and the furnishings are newer. The front desk warned me I might hear children, and I did, but they were hushed long before I went to bed and were no problem. Desk personnel were great and daily cleaning was flawless. For only $3 more per night than a standard room, it can't be beat. A bonus for winter visitors - the parking lot has power outlets for engine block heaters.

The room I was staying in was clean, and the amenities were of good enough quality, but the sagging floors are a major issue, as you cannot take a single step without a loud, resonating creak. If you have a downstairs room, I imagine it's worse, as you have to deal with the noise of the upstairs residents walking.

Now that you have to pay about the same as you would pay for off base ($168 a day) it’s ridiculous. It’s TLF so you get two or three bedrooms, a little kitchen with all amenities, a living room, and that’s really nice but the buildings are old and the walls are thin. It’s not as bad if you’re in a end unit where you only have one set of ‘neighbors’ but if you are in the middle and people decide to have a late night, you will hear them come “home”, walk up and down the stairs, laugh out loud, do their laundry (as these units have a washer and drier downstairs), etc.
Now the staff has been nothing but nice both times we’ve had to stay here, and the rooms are clean. Having a full kitchen with stove/oven, sink, fridge and all things to cook/bake/prepare meals is great but for price I would expect the walls to be a little thicker!

I didn't pay for it and the housekeeping was nice. Definitely not that great if you were to rent it but it's just TLF what do you expect. ?‍♂️
