The most unprofessional B2B IT experience that I've ever had. Side note, there are a dozen or more businesses listed at this address in Suite 290, and that looks SHADY. I have very strong doubts about this business actually being at this address and feel that this is a proxy.

I ordered a server part on 7/5 and received a request for email confirmation a few hours later. I confirmed my email and received a "Thank you" with acknowledgement that they would get back to me shortly with lead time and delivery expectations.

By 7/12, I had heard nothing, so I reached back out to the company and waited 4 days with no response before reaching back out again on 7/16. I received a response that I would soon be informed of lead time...WHAT

Why are we still talking about lead time 11 days later, you ask? This company is attempting to order a discontinued part from the manufacturer. This part has been discontinued for over a year and is no longer stocked by the manufacturer. I was already aware of this when I ordered from ITD, who listed the part as "In Stock" at the time of purchase.

Rather than proactively communicating that they were having difficulty sourcing the part and that they did not physically have it in stock, they opted to not let me know until I pressed, and long after I needed the part.

I have requested a refund and will submit a chargeback if they are not responsive, given that other reviewers have indicated difficulty receiving refunds for similar issues.

Aaron Brown assisted with my order. The transaction was completed smoothly and no hicups with my payment by wire transfer. I had ordered both a top of the line Samsung TV and its soundbar. It took a week to get Fedex tracking info. Once again no issues as deliveries arrived as scheduled. It took me a few days to get everything installed but it was worth the effort. I am extremely happy with the equipment. Thanks Aaron!!

Ordered a Kensington KeyBoard Gel pad and Mouse Gel pad in a deal from IT Devices ONLINE through Walmart. Clear pictures of two items for $32.99 with tax $35. Keyboard gel pad costs $18. They shipped JUST one item the KeyBoard Gel pad and refused to ship the second Mouse GEL pad and emailed me with a picture of just one item when the TWO ITEM PACKAGE THEY ADVERTIZED HAD BOTH ITEMS. THEY ARE A FRAUD STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Scam artist. Bought two tvs, same tv at different prices. Both TV screens were broken, and one even appeared (of what we can see of the broken screen) to have a different Operating System, despite being the same TV as the first one. I returned them both and they shipped it back to my house. Charge back initiated.

Ordered two items from them early in September. Both were shown as in stock on the website when the order was placed, but were really on backorder. I communicated with someone there I placed my order knowing this. One of the items was shipped and received within three weeks. The other item has NEVER been received. I emailed several times over the last few months asking for status updates. I was told the item was still on backorder and that I would be notified when it was shipped. In November I asked if we could cancel the order for the remaining item since so much time had passed. I was told I could not because the order had been placed with the manufacturer. I've inquired as to status twice since then. Now I am not getting any response at all. At this point I am ordering the item (a switch) from another vendor. I paid for an item I do not have, cannot apparently get the money back for and am receiving no communication about. I will not do business with this company again.
