Arrived roughly 3.5 hours prior to my appointment. Guard shack was friendly said they might not be ready to load you. He checked; load was not ready. He let me park on the side and said he would come get me when it’s ready. Sat for about an hour and he got me a door. Dropped trailer and bobtailed to the shipping office, load time took about an hour. Overall I was out of there about 2 hours prior to my appointment time. No issues clean bathroom

Just pulled loads out of here to Rotterdam. Sometimes people are friendly and other times not so much. They call you in to work and then have none and send you home with no pay even though you waited for 3hrs to get sent home! Russ in the shipping office is awesome!

24/7 facility. Security at the guard shack was very professional and friendly. They got me in 6 hours early for loading. No overnight parking.

Never had any issue with this guys before (maybe new ones)but I got to say that their two old man moving trailers around in the evening are very rude. You two guys are human waste!!!!👎👎👎 I smell some racial issues here starting from some security guys to the shipping office!

So ! This is a 24/7 operation but shipping and receiving is appointment only. DON'T believe the broker or your dispech if they tell you firs come first serve. I called them and find out have a 8am delivery appointment. The person who answered the phone was very helpful. Thank you ! At receiving was friendly and unloaded the trailer fast. Check your BOL for delivery number !
