This is my second time working with Ash, the manager. He is extremely helpful and paired me up with Linda in sales. Both are quick to respond and thorough in going over options. I ordered a new BMW X5 hybrid and could not be happier with the car and service we received. Justin, in the finance department was also very friendly and informative. I have already referred more people to Ash & Linda!

DO NOT COME HERE: Don’t be like me and ignore the recent 1 star reviews. Jesse Magdaleno in the service department is the reason I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else for service.

I had a morning appointment for a routine oil change and brake fluid exchange. Jesse Magdaleno said the car would be ready in the afternoon, as stated in the repair order. Jesse called me at 3:59 PM saying that the car will take another day and asked if we had a loaner vehicle. I did not get a loaner car for something as simple as an oil change so I asked him if I could get one. He said he’d find out and call me back. I didn’t hear back so I called Jesse at 5:20 PM. The dealership operator informed me that Jesse went home for the day. I didn’t know when I’d get my car back and now I’m inconvenienced having to figure out transportation for the following day.

I received a call from someone at the dealership telling me my car was ready the following day and that I could pick up my key at the parts department. I picked up my keys and nobody went over any paperwork with me about the service. Terrible customer service.

My car was not returned in condition I left it. I drove my car for a day without realizing the dealership disconnected my windshield mounted dash cam by unplugging both the power cable and disconnecting the rear camera cable. Furthermore, they turned off my auto headlights. I rely on both the dash cam and auto headlights to operate without me thinking about them since they’re not something I manually turn on and off. For the dealership to go out of their way to disable equipment and not even return it back to normal is extremely unprofessional. It’s very shady that this dealership is comfortable with unplugging customer dash cams and leaving them unplugged when returning the car. What are they trying to hide?

Taking over a day to complete a simple oil and brake fluid change especially with a morning appointment is an embarrassment. Jesse’s failure at communication made this the worst BMW dealership experience. The mechanic who disconnected my dash cam and turned off my auto headlights is the reason why people should never trust this dealership with their BMW.

I have had my bmw serviced at four different dealerships in three different states and NONE have come close to the level of service, care, and professionalism of BMW Irvine. I am especially satisfied with how Kristie, my service advisor, and Greg, the service manager, listened to my concerns regarding my vehicle and helped restore it to perfect condition. I’m never bringing my car anywhere else.

I reached out to BMW Irvine, and Jack from sales assisted me. I had a Toyota Camry with negative equity, which made it impossible to trade for a car within my budget since the negative equity would carry over to the new vehicle. I thought I was stuck with my Camry for the next five years. However, Jack called me the next day, searched through the entire inventory, and found a car I liked—the i5—while keeping the deal within my budget.

After the sale, Jack continued to follow up with me and even offered multiple times to have FaceTime calls to walk me through the car’s features. If you visit this dealership, make sure to ask for Jack—he’s the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. Also, when finalizing your purchase, ask for Justin in finance; he’s just as amazing as Jack. BMW Irvine is truly top-notch!

Bought a lot of BMWs from different dealerships. All really good experiences. First time with Irvine and this will now be my dealership for life. Of course the buying process was 1st class which you come to expect from BMW but was even more elevated here. However, what has put this dealership at the top of any is the service department. Irvine BMW without a doubt proved that they are with you far after the sale is done...and we all know that can be rare. The highlight of ALL of this is Service Advisor Jose Ramirez. He's exemplifies class, is clear about details and is a true advocate for the customer. Again, BMW has high standards across the board but Jose is the absolute best of the best...and will probably be running BMW North America soon!...Sorry Sebastian : )

Recently picked up an i4 from Irvine BMW, our second car from them. Armon, our client advisor, was awesome! Really accommodating, communicative, and helped us get a beautiful car in the spec we were looking for at the number we were looking for, even though I was out of town! Can't recommend him enough - if you're going to Irvine BMW thinking about a new car, ask for Armon.
