It is very hard to deal with any recruiter from this company, they never respond to any of your questions regarding their job postings.
Even if The name is on the job posting but have no curtesy to respond.
Asked many other recruiters from the Intelliswift but no luck in getting any help.

Intelliswift is a great contracting agency! My client representative is Jyothi, and she helped me land a great job when I really needed it. Throughout the process, she checked in frequently and helped push my paperwork through quickly (less than 2 weeks).
After starting my role, she made the extra effort to meet and chat to get to know me, and vice versa. This is a very rare quality, as my previous contracting agency only met the bare minimum of communication with me.
Moreover, payroll and HR are very responsive as well. I had a 1:1 orientation so I was able to have all my questions answered. Overall, a great company to be engaged with.

BEWARE AND DO NOT APPLY TO THEIR JOB POSTINGS ON LINKEDIN. They never delete your data and I get nonstop calls and emails from recruiters in India, for jobs that are 600 miles away. I've asked them to remove my data and stop contacting me, and every request is ignored. I called one of the "Contact Us" numbers on their website, and it was an ex-employee who quit working for Intelliswift 3 YEARS AGO!!! I realized they are never going to delete my information if they are still scamming this young mom and forcing her to answer their calls. Job seekers and ex-employees should never be harassed.

Called me asking basic questions then asked me to reply to his email acknowledging that he called and to send my resume and last 4 digits of SSN. Since I was busy, I could not get around to it right away and he called a few minutes later asking for my full name. Then called another 2-3 times asking me to email him back. The email asked me not to submit another application to the hiring company. I was suspicious and never replied. He called again the next day.

When I saw all these negative reviews I wasn’t sure if I should accept the opportunity from Intelliswift but I am so glad I did. Working with Intelliswift team was 10/10! They really showed that they care about you and your professional success.
Rakesh was an absolutely amazing recruiter! He was very responsive, kept me updated during the hiring process and sent me follow up emails to make sure everything is ok.
Gopal, client engagement manager - is a fantastic professional! He really went above and beyond! He not only took time to get to know me (I saw him personally during his business trip) but did his best to ensure that I am satisfied with my work!
I knew I can text or call him if anything and he has always been very understanding, professional and helpful.
Would give 10 stars if I could.
I would love to have the opportunity to work with Intelliswift Software again in the future!

Intelliswift is a great place to work. I’ve been working with them as a contractor for the last 10 months. They’re upfront and honest about their hiring and contracting processes. They work with various global organizations to get you the best possible rate.
The onboarding process was quick and smooth once the background check was cleared. In my case, I needed medical insurance which was easy to sign-up for during the onboarding process. I’ve also been very happy with the insurance options they provide.
My Client Engagement Manager Gopal is very responsive and provides great support anytime I have any questions or concerns.
In all, everyone I’ve come across at Intelliswift has been professional and willing to go the extra mile to help.
