The recruiters were non-communicative throughout the process, leaving me in the dark about my application status. After following up multiple times with no response, I finally received an impersonal email informing me that I didn’t get the role—without any real explanation.

A staffing agency should be transparent, responsive, and respectful of candidates’ time. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. If you’re looking for an agency that values communication and professionalism, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I was and am still disappointed I went to a job to work with this company and it was horrible I never in my life worked with a warehouse that was and is so unprofessional a day in my life then when I told the staffing company they was so apologetic and say oh we will see if we can place you somewhere else better never heard anything back from them so that’s also unprofessional on their end and it’s just saddening it’s sad that you have unprofessional people and have to think that people will do right by you but you are still being treated wrongly it’s even more sad because I see they have some great reviews but also some bad it shouldn’t have even led this this at all but it did
