Absolutely fantastic service, space, and staff! Throughout my career I have had multiple DOT physicals/ renewals and have never been this impressed. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment during a snow storm, were extremely knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I was able to walk in and out all within 45 minutes. I highly recommend them and will return in the future.

I have been using Integra Discovery Services for 10 years for DOT physicals and random drug testing. Every employee has been professional and courteous to the extent that each visit has been a pleasurable experience. Their response time for submitting required documentation is second to none. Integra Discovery Services provides the customer service every company should strive for. I am the DOT compliance manager for 2 companies employing over 56 drivers. During my 13 years in the transortation industry, I have had drivers request to utilize other providers for their physical and drug testing for personal convenience. Every other provider used, increases my workload due to incomplete and/or inaccurate paperwork that requires me to contact the driver and provider to complete and/or correct. Ashley at Integra Discovery Services has never failed to provide an immediate response and solution to any concerns I have had. Her professionalism and pleasant demeanor is impeccable.

I made an appointment, paid the 350.00 dollars, the money came out of my account, I show up for my appointment 20 minutes early, I head inside, and instantly I am greeted with a nasty attitude from the receptionist ASHLEY. “Can I help you in a nasty tone”
I said I am here for my 8:30 appointment, “for what, again nasty time”. I say, DNA TEST. She didn’t ask my name, or nothing, just said that my appointment got cancelled. So I did what anyone else would do after they already spent 350.00 dollars, and asked the question why did it get cancelled. She said, “I don’t know, take it up with the people you scheduled your appointment with. I didn’t really like her tone or her answer as I was waiting for this appointment. I asked, was anything said why it got cancelled, she said, I told you I do t I ow, take it up with them. So I proceeded to show her my bank records stating that the money is out of my account and my schedule was for today at 8:30, she said, I do t care what your phone says, take it up with the people you scheduled your appointment
With. I asked ASHLEY, what is you deal, why are you acting like that, I am just a concerned customer who spent 350.00 dollars and I’m just looking for answers, that’s all. She then, said get out of my office or I’m calling to cops. I said that is not necessary, why won’t you help me out with my questions. She said that’s it, I’m calling the cops. So I left. She acted that way with another customer sitting in the lobby, and kicked me out with my kid standing next to me. She acted unprofessional and should not be in charge of dealing with other people’s DNA, finger prints, etc....
I am very disappointed with this place.
